As we approached Ho Chi Minh City, our airplane actually had to circle the airport a few times because there was not adequate space on the landing strip due to presently delayed planes also trying to depart the airport. It was an interesting experience; I wouldn't have expected something like this to occur, yet it was also silly.
Inside the airport, we made our way to the customs like and filled out this lengthy two-sided customs form to the best of our abilities, and surrounded our passport and form until we were called up. At this point in our journey, it was after midnight. Maybe 15 minutes into waiting the airport employee running the customs stand called up our group of 19 and mass applied visas to our passports. We then stood in another line as seen in the above photo to have our passports stamped.
