Concluding our evening, we enjoyed an introductory dinner with our Australian teammates and some of our Vietnamese peers,  at the Vietnamese bistro, Quán. It was a wonderful dinner with everyone (especially at the vegan/vegetarian table). I remember the awful squeaking the wooden chairs made against the hard floor.
