I haven't a clue how these wonderful vegetables were crafted, yet they were quite the artistic construction! The larger flowers were very firm to the bite, as with many ground vegetables. The little flower was salty beyond my analysis. After tying a bite, I wondered if it was intended as just a plate decoration rather than for consumption? Nonetheless, it was still edible just highly salty.
